A man who was displaying suspicious behavior including yelling was arrested by Elk Grove Police.
According to police reports, officers were dispatched to Black Kite Drive and Silverberry Ave. late Wednesday night after receiving reports of a man in the street yelling. Responding officers located 28-year-old Julian Bailey of Elk Grove in the street gutter and displaying objective signs of impairment.
A records check of the suspect led to the discovery that he was on probation and that he was under the influence of narcotics. Bailey was taken into custody for violating terms of his probation.
