ROSEVILLE-

The City of Roseville is asking its residents and business to reduce water use by 20 percent because of dry conditions.

Roseville is calling these conditions “unprecedented,” coming out of California’s driest calendar year on record.

Utility customers in Roseville are urged to monitor their water use online and reduce irrigation.

The City of Folsom was also asked to cut back on water use. Folsom and Roseville draw most of their water supply from the Folsom Reservoir, which is at a fraction of its capacity.
