Before Jezebel annotates these "before" mothers, let it be said: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and even baby Northie were barely retouched for their Vogue shoot! Looks like Kim's face was slimmed a little at the jaw and her cheeks given a little extra contouring. Her arms were probably taken in just a tad too but it's a Vogue cover and everyone on Vogue probably demands retouching anyway, so what do you expect? The important thing here is that Kim's skin is just as perfect as it seems and Kanye's forehead wrinkles remain pretty much intact.
The best part about these "before" pictures may be how North looks a little horrified by all of it.
Somehow she already knows this is going to all be SO awkward once she enters kindergarten.
