SACRAMENTO–
A Sacramento senior citizen, fearing another burglary at his house, held someone at bay with a homemade bow and arrow until police arrived.
Don Kiefert, 75, heard his dog barking early Saturday morning and decided to investigate. Since his home had been burglarized before, he thought the crooks were back for more.
Kiefert says one guy ran, but he was able to point his bow and arrow towards the other guy to keep him around for the police.
Officers detained the person in Kiefert’s yard, but they could not find any evidence that tells them the guy was there to take anything.
The person was released.
