ELK GROVE – A police chase ended Monday around midnight when a driver crashed into a sign at an Elk Grove funeral home.
Elk Grove Police believe the man may have been driving drunk.
He crashed into a light pole before hitting a granite sign in front of the mortuary on Elk Grove Boulevard near Derr Street.
The driver was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries. No one else was hurt.
