SACRAMENTO-
A 17-year-old girl, accused of running over a boy after a water bottle was thrown at the car, will be charged as an adult.
FOX40 first reported this incident Sunday evening, after arriving onscene and finding the boy, identified only as a 13-year-old, trapped under the SUV.
Witnesses told FOX40 the teen girl driver, identified as Isabelle Salgado, chased the 13-year-old boy. After hitting the boy, the SUV hit a tree in a front yard.

FOX40 has learned Salgado will be charged as an adult with one count assault with a deadly weapon.
Her next court appearance is in June.
