A man is facing kidnapping and sexual battery charges for allegedly grabbing a young teen off the street and assaulting her.
Stockton Police say the 13-year-old girl was walking along Mariposa Street Tuesday evening when a man grabbed her and pulled her into his truck.
The man then drove her to his house, where investigators say he assaulted her.
The girl was able to escape the house, and police were called.
Investigators arrested 58-year-old Demetrio Nunez.
