No Equipment Workout - Stairway No Equipment Workout

Get the Elevator Workout Video on this page: http://www.getleanin17.com/ Hey you! It's Brian "Mr. Energy" Kalakay here with a "no equipment workout" that can literally be done on your lunch break. All you need to do these no equipment exercises is a staircase. This can be the stairway at your workplace or you can even "workout at home" by using the steps to your upstairs or on the porch. Fun Fact: I almost busted my butt running up the stairs on one of the sprint intervals. Watch the whole video to see where I almost did it. LOL. (note: be sure to look at the steps when you are running up so you don't fall ;) Here is the workout: 1a) Stairway Sprint 1b) Reaching Pushups - 10 1c) Stairway Sprint 1d) Stair Hops/Step Ups - 10 1e) Stairway Sprint 1f) Spiderman Climb Pushups - 10 (5/side) 1g) Stairway Sprint 1h) Bulgarian Split Squats - 10 (5/side) 1i) Stairway Sprint 1j) Decline Spiderman Pushups - 10 (5/side) -Rest 1 minute -Repeat 2 more times This is a killer workout that you can do anywhere that has a set of stairs. Not only will you be burning fat in half of the time with this workout, but you will also be defining those beach body muscles in the process. Well, I hope you enjoy this one.
