SACRAMENTO COUNTY-
A man with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth broke into a cell tower and stole copper wiring.
Sacramento County Sheriff’s deputies released surveillance video from inside the cellular tower near Watt and Myrtle Avenues this month. The break-in happened back in June.
He took copper wire and related materials.
