Yes, you read that right and yes, it's OK. Deep breaths now. John Mayer debuted a new song this morning, and it's a cover of Beyoncé's hit "XO." It's good though, I promise.

Just like how Beyoncé released her whole album unannounced, Mayer's acoustic take on "XO" seemed to come out of nowhere too — though he's previously performed his version on tour, he's now evidently recorded "XO" properly.
