It's not only Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine who will cash out out from the massive Beats Electronics sale to Apple. The Black Eyed Peas member will.i.am, who co-founded Beats and consulted on "navigation and itegration to further the product's cultural adaptation" is also in line for a major payday.  The eccentric artist will use his share to benefit his i.am.angel Foundation which focuses on helping and working with underprivileged high school students.

"It's going to change my foundation's life in a major way," will.i.am told Billboard in a recent interview. "I used to have 60 kids, now I have 300 kids and there's a waiting list for people who want to join my program. I was going to raise the money to pay for the 300 kids. Now I can pay for them myself."

During the interview will.i.am also revealed that The Black Eyed Peas took about $500,000 less than other offers to sign with Jimmy Iovine back in the day  and that he will not be working for Apple.
