any advice how to update this in rooted stock rom ? i've the same cid with this file.. already got it from OTA.. but cant update it as it back to cwm recovery.. then i flashed the stock recovery.. try to update again from recovery.. it stopped with red exclamation mark.. have done the JBFWtool also cant do anything and i lost all my data in sdcard as previously didnt backup.. i didnt think flashing any custom recovery can save my backup files, looks like i should do it first before doing JBFWtool.. is there any reliable recover wiped sdcard files ?

The file from the first post doesn't apply through CWM. Here is the part of the log:

Solved the problem. Just needed to relock the device. After locking everything flashed ok.
