New York’s Electric Zoo festival is happening once again this year (Aug. 29-31), but this time around, the EDM festival is making some strong suggestions to keep everyone safe (last year, two people died during the festival).
Now, Electric Zoo organizers Made Event have created the “Come To Life” campaign, which includes a new PSA video.
The “Come To Life” campaign encourages attendees to organically enjoy the amazing sensations produced by the music and the crowds — and points out that participants don’t need to do drugs, particularly MDMA, to enjoy the festival, per a press release.
The PSA, created and produced by PLUM Agency, was written and directed by Dexter creator/writer James Manos, Jr. and his 19-year-old daughter, Ellie Manos.
