Obama skeet shooting. So? Your Say

A photo of President Obama skeet shooting at Camp David was released by the administration last week. Comments from Facebook:

President Obama shoots clay targets at Camp David, Md., in August.

Who cares? Let Obama do as he pleases. Just because the president of the United States is reforming gun laws doesn't mean he can't shoot a shotgun.

My question: What does it matter if President Obama shoots or not? It doesn't change any detail of the rights of ours that he is trying to violate.

This is just another weapon of mass distraction, people! Focus! Stay on topic and pressure the administration.

Whether Obama shoots or not will not help get his assault-weapons ban passed.

The photo doesn't have to have been PhotoShopped. It could be Obama ran out to have a picture taken after many people questioned whether he had shot a gun before. Just another political, staged photo.

Seeing Obama shooting a skeet gun to me resembles Michael Dukakis poking his head out of an Abrams tank!

Robert G. Mood

Or another president in a flight suit, and later in front of a "Mission Accomplished" banner.

I couldn't care less about his skeet shooting hobby.

What I find discouraging is that he's using this as evidence that he supports gun rights. As a self-proclaimed expert on constitutional law, he seems to ignore the fact that the reason for the Second Amendment has nothing to do with sport shooting.
