Chef Heather Zamarripa of 36 Handles prepares Jalapeno Bacon Mac and Cheese with Paul Robins.

 

Ingredients:
Jalapeno Bacon Mac N Cheese
1tsp Roasted Jalapenos
2 Tbsp Chopped Bacon, cooked
1 tsp minced Garlic
1/2 cup Cheese Sauce
Dash of heavy cream
1 cup Elbow Macaroni
1/8 cup Parmesan Breadcrumbs

Recipe:
In medium saute pan, lightly cook jalapenos, bacon & garlic in olive oil. Add cheese sauce & cream. Once sauce is smooth, place pasta in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain & add pasta to saute pan, toss in sauce. Season with salt & pepper. Top with parmesan breadcrumbs and serve.
