SACRAMENTO-

Police say a road rage fight turned into a stabbing Wednesday when two women, reportedly a mother and daughter, attacked two other women.

“The stabbings were so bad, we were treating this as a homicide,” Sacramento Police Sgt. Andrew Pettit told FOX40.

The two victims were treated at UC Davis Medical Center, where they both survived.

The stabbings happened when the two cars pulled their vehicles on to the side of the road near Garden Highway and Northgate Boulevard.

The two suspects are thought to be a mother and daughter. If you have any information, please call the Sacramento Police Department.
