Closures for All Editors - USA
To ensure this closure will be posted properly to the client, please make sure none of the segments being closed, nor any junctions touching those segments, are edited until after the closure ends.

The way the closures are sent to the client is based on the junction node IDs at both ends of each segment. If those IDs are changed after you submitted this form, the closure will not post to those segments with new junction node IDs. If those IDs were changed before you send this form, the closure will not post for the segments with new junction node IDs until after the next tile update.

Please lock all segments being closed, and all segments connected to those segments, as high as you can until the closure ends, to prevent any changes to the junction IDs.

Any Rank 3 Editor Can Place a Closure Directly in WME.
Only use this form if you do not have access to get the closure placed, or you need to enter a daily repeating closure.
Do NOT submit a closure if it has already been submitted using this form before.
A senior editor / champ will communicate with you via forum PM if there are any questions.

If you don't hear back or see the closure in livemap after a week, please reach out to your SM or RC.

Closing Time *
The time the segment closes, using 24-hr time format: HH:MM:SS  ( Converter: http://goo.gl/uiVln9 ) In 24 hour time, 00:00:00 is midnight starting the day, 23:59:59 is the end of the day just before midnight. Thus, if a one day closure starts on 7/15/14 at 00:00:00, the road will be closed the entire day of 7/15/14 (it closes as 7/15/14 begins). If the closure were set to start on 7/15/14 at 23:59:59 it would be open the entire day of 7/15/14 and close through 7/16/14, opening just before midnight. This should be set for local time where the segment is located.
Opening Time *
The time the segment re-opens, using 24-hr time format: HH:MM:SS  ( Converter: http://goo.gl/uiVln9 ) In 24 hour time, 00:00:00 is midnight starting the day, 23:59:59 is the end of the day just before midnight.
Descriptive Location Name *
This can be the name of the road(s), interchange, etc. for us to easily identify what the closure applies to.
City *
State *
Enter 2 letter USPS abbreviation for the state. Use UPPER case letters. (Abbreviation list: https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Mapping_resources/USA/States )
Nodes ID's *
When you need to block ONLY one direction of two-way segments. Enter the Junction NODE ID's (not the segment IDs) separated by a comma, in the order you would pass them as you drove in the direction you want to close. (e.g. 13245678,12345679,25874156). Otherwise to have the segments closed in both directions, or if it's a one-way segment you must enter "null" in this box.
Is this a Daily repeating closure? *
If this segment is to be closed for 24 hours a day during the date range, enter "null". If this is a daily repeating closure only during the listed times each day enter "all". If this is a repeating closure only during the selected times and only on certain days of the week, put the days of the week for the Closing Date, separated by a comma, using the numbers 1-7 to represent the days: for example Sun, Mon, Wed = "1,2,4". Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat = "2,4,6,7". Fri, Sat, Sun = "1,6,7"
WME Permalink *
Please provide a WME permalink, being sure to highlight all of the segments to be closed. Make sure to choose ONLY the "Roads" layer before making the permalink, as shown in the below image (How To https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Permalink#Permalink ) or use the Layerless Permalink function of Toolbox.
