Guns Found on Two School CampusesNATOMAS-

Two teens were caught with a weapon on school campus Thursday afternoon in North Sacramento, just three days after another two students were cited for guns on campus.

In the first incident, Sacramento Police were called when a student was found with marijuana and a replica handgun.

The 17-year-old was at Natomas High School along Fong Ranch Road around 1 p.m. The boy was booked into juvenile hall for possession and bringing a weapon on school grounds.

Then, a few hours later, there were reports near Inderkum High School of a teen riding his bike with a gun. Sacramento Police officers found him, and he pointed out a fake gun he had been holding. He was cited for possession of a weapon on a school campus.

On Tuesday, a weapon was found at Natomas Middle School. Officers say the weapon had been reported stolen from the Bay Area, and ended up in a trash can at Natomas High.

Also on Tuesday, a loaded gun was found at Discovery High School.
