STOCKTON—
A man has died after a shooting near W Flora and N Van Buren streets Saturday morning, police say.
Police say the shooting happened just before 11 a.m.
The 24-year-old man shot was taken to the hospital. He later died.
Police have found a 53-year-old man responsible for the shooting. Investigators are looking into self-defense as a possible motive.
Neighbors say that the man shot was well-known in the neighborhood for shouting at passerby’s.
