The Tribeca Film Festival will hold a panel pairing hip hop artist Q-Tip with I’m Not There director Todd Haynes for a discussion of how filmmakers and musicians take cues from each other, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
The panel, called Tribeca Talks Industry: Music + Film and hosted by American Express, will be an hour-long session moderated by Billboard editor Joe Levy at SVA Theatre 1 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. on April 23.

In addition to I’m Not There, in which six different actors portrayed Bob Dylan, Haynes previously directed Far From Heaven and Safe, which both starred Julianne Moore.
Q-Tip, a founding member of group A Tribe Called Quest, told Billboard in March that he is planning to reunite the group for his 2014 album The Last Zulu.
