NBC is firming up its programming lineup for the 2013-14 television season, picking up a number of comedies and dramas as it looks to continue its attempt to rebuild under entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt.
Once again, the ratings-challenged network is turning to established creators, including Parenthood’s Jason Katims and Revolution’s J.J. Abrams, and concepts, both out of the box and traditional. The latest crop join NBC’s previously ordered Michael J. Fox comedy, as well as already renewed Grimm, Law & Order: SVU, Parenthood, Chicago Fire and Revolution.
