WEST SACRAMENTO-

A West Sacramento man has put up thousands of American flags along Jefferson Boulevard and South River Road to memorialize the victims of 9/11.

Thursday marks 13 years since the terrorist attack, which took nearly 3,000 lives.

John Vinson’s display also includes flags for those killed during an attack at the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya in 2012, and the victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing.
