Surveillance video shows a pickup truck repeatedly slamming into a pizza shop in Natomas, before taking off with a safe.

Early Friday morning, at least three people got inside the Little Caesar’s along Natomas Boulevard and took the shop’s safe from under the counter.

The store’s surveillance video shows the thieves slamming through the front glass panels, and then running into the main counter, multiple times.

The owner told FOX40 it appears the suspects knew where the safe was, and that it was bolted down and would need to be knocked free.

As seen on video, the thieves struggle to put the safe into the back of the truck, and then take off.

Anyone with information about the truck, or the three people seen in the video, is asked to call Sacramento Police.
