This is why we founded The Affinity Learning Academy.  The Affinity Learning Academy supports our people through our internal professional development programs. The Affinity Learning Academy also supports our educators complete nationally recognised qualifications in early childhood education and leadership & management with preferred Registered Training Organisations.

Since its founding in 2017, the Affinity Learning Academy and our award-winning development pathway has supported our people across Australia receive qualifications in areas such as early childhood education, business and leadership & management. Our layered approach ensures educators have a sound theoretical foundation as well as a thorough understanding of workplace implementation.
