Kassandra McCalister, a redshirt sophomore, has been granted her release paperwork and plans to leave the Oregon State women's basketball team.

The guard from Sunnyvale, Calif., played in just 10 of the Beavers' 31 games this season.

McCalister is the fourth player - after leading scorer Talisa Rhea, leading rebounder Kirsten Tilleman, and former Central Catholic standout Kate Lanz - to leave this spring and the sixth player from the 2009-10 season with eligibility remaining who has left.

OSU coach LaVonda Wagner will return five players from the 2009-10 roster; two players signed in the early period, which brings the 2010-11 roster to a total of seven players.
