Kirsten Tilleman, a sophomore on the Oregon State women's basketball team, has confirmed to The Oregonian that she is leaving the program.

The Bozeman, Mont., native was OSU's leading rebounder and third leading scorer, starting all 31 games for the Beavers last season. Tilleman will finish up the spring academic term at Oregon State and plans to transfer at the end of the term.

Tilleman is the third player to leave the program this spring, joining leading scorer Talisa Rhea and former Central Catholic standout Kate Lanz. Taylor Champion and Amaya Gastaminza left in midseason.

Not counting departing seniors, that leaves six players on the roster who are expected to return for the 2010-11 season.
