Bob MarshallBob Marshall, founder of The Marshall Plan, has an extensive background in the recruiting industry as a Recruiter, Manager, VP, President, Consultant and Trainer. In 2012, Bob will be celebrating his 32nd year in the recruitment business.

Bob started in search and recruiting with a large recruitment organization and soon became a Pacesetter. In his first office, he was named Account Executive of the Month sixteen times. He is the recipient of the Million Dollar Hall of Fame Award.

After working a desk for four years, Bob became a Regional Manager for this same organization delivering operational support and training for their 60+ offices in the eleven western states. He was acknowledged by corporate executives as the top trainer.

Bob then became Manager of a Sausalito, CA office where he developed and produced the first Morning Meeting video training series.

In 1986, Bob founded The Bob Marshall Group (based on The Marshall Plan). Since then he has traveled extensively throughout the United States, the United Kingdom, Malta and Cyprus training recruiters.

What is a webinar?

Webinar is short for web seminar. It's a live, interactive training session delivered via the internet.  You watch the presentation on your monitor, while listening by phone or your computer speakers. All you need is a phone and an internet connection.

Can my team listen too?

Your webinar login is unique to you and will only work on one computer. 
You can gather everyone around your PC or plug a projector into your laptop for a cost-effective team training session. However, to watch the webinar from multiple locations, each attendee must pay and register separately.

HINT: Do not share your login or you'll be locked out of the webinar!    

What if I can't attend?

If you miss the session, or can't attend due to a schedule conflict, don't worry. You'll receive an MP3 recording plus a PDF of the PowerPoint slides.  You'll be notified by email when the recording is ready. Please allow 7 working days after the live event.
