Three online modules designed to inspire thinking about how to build and maintain resilience within arts and cultural organisations.

Resilience requires the capacity to adapt to a constantly changing environment, without losing sight of your core purpose.

Developed by the Arts Marketing Association in partnership with Wolff Olins, our series of online modules for decision makers and influencers are designed to inspire your thinking as part of your journey to become more resilient.

Created through years of experience by people working in arts and culture, and using tried and tested tools and techniques, plus case studies from the cultural and corporate sectors, the modules cover three key areas:

Module 1 — Defining your purpose

Fresh insights into the process of how to shape and define a compelling vision and future direction.

Module 2 — Reviewing your business model

Core principles for developing a resilient business model which enables you to realise your purpose.

Module 3 — Driving a high performing organisational culture

Explore the characteristics of an effective team and the role of the leader in influencing and shaping this.

The modules can be accessed on demand from your pc, laptop, smart phone or tablet at a time and place to suit you.

£30 + VAT — per module

£75 + VAT — book all three modules at the same time
