THE Perth Lynx have been tainted by a seemingly-endless battle for bottom place in the Women's National Basketball League. So, the solution: scrap the franchise and start again.
With the combination of a massive new
, a new home in the WA Basketball Centre and a new head coach on board; Perth is set to cap its season of change with a new name.
The club has called for players and fans to submit their ideas for a new name for the team.
The winning entrant will be credited for the name and will receive two memberships for the 2010/2011 season.
