Northwestern will face the Michigan women's basketball team Thursday at Crisler Arena in the third round of the Women's National Invitation Tournament.

Northwestern beat St. Bonaventure, 66-62, on Monday to advance to the third round. Michigan, which hosted games in the first and second rounds, was chosen Monday night to host the third-round matchup. Game time is 7 p.m.

The Wolverines (19-13) and Wildcats (18-14) faced each other times this season. Northwestern won both regular season games by four points apiece, and Michigan topped the Wildcats, 67-54, in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament.
