Our Story In 2004 Easyworkorder was born out of a need to provide a simple solution to managing a disparate portfolio of commercial real estate. At the time the dominant software distribution method was client server and the cloud was in its infancy. After much consideration, the decision was made to deliver our software via the cloud as a SaaS solution. It was an exciting time. We pioneered on demand access to work orders and instant notification via SMS text messaging. Over the next five years the functionality of Easyworkorder grew, as did its penetration into facilities management, equipment management, municipalities and residential property management. In 2013, with the ubiquity of mobility- tablets and smartphones- it was time, once more, to evolve. Easyworkorder was completely redesigned and rewritten with the intent of being platform independent and entity independent. We still support our roots in commercial property management. Today we are a work order solution for virtually any type of business, with any type of work order need. We have offices in the San Francisco bay area, the Los Angeles metro area and the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia.
