Danielle Robinson (Oklahoma) and Odyssey Sims (Baylor) were named Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Players of the Week by a media voting panel for games from Jan. 10-16. Robinson (player) was honored for the second time this season and sixth occasion in her career while Sims (freshman) picked up her third award of the season.

Danielle Robinson was the scoring leader in each of the Sooners' victories last week as she averaged 25.0 points, 5.0 steals and 4.0 rebounds. She scored 20 points in OU's win against Kansas State and 30 at Texas in an overtime thriller. The senior guard converted three of her five steals into critical points against K-State in a low-scoring contest. Robinson was one of only two players to score in double figures as she helped her senior class match OU's program record for home wins in a career at 50. Trailing by eight at Texas, Robinson scored six straight points to help OU close the gap entering halftime. She then added 10 of the Sooners' first 18 points of the second half as OU built a seven-point lead. Robinson led in the overtime period as well with five points to help clinch the win.

Phillips 66 Big 12 Freshman of the Week
Odyssey Sims, Baylor, G, 5-8, Irving, Texas
Odyssey Sims averaged 19.0 points a game in Baylor's two victories last week - well above her season scoring average. She shot .632 (12-of-19) from the floor, including .556 (5-of-9) from three-point range, and .692 (9-of-13) from the charity stripe. The point guard added eight rebounds, eight assists and two steals while committing only one turnover. Sims, the league leader in 3-point field goal percentage (.486, 34-of-70), tallied five treys for the week but also scored on drives to the basket. She poured in 23 points at Texas and added 15 against Oklahoma State. Sims raised her season scoring average to 13.4 ppg on the season, which ranks second on the team behind Brittney Griner.
