Good news driver-partner, now you can update your renewed documents through your Grab Driver apps.
You’re advised to upload your PSV License and Insurance Cover Note at least 14 days before the expiry dates.
Important:
1. Road tax is NOT required to be uploaded. Please ensure to drive with a valid road tax at all times to comply with traffic laws.
2. Your documents will be verified and updated within 1-3 working days*.
3. Not required to call or write in Help Centre after upload. Check your driver apps notifications for the status.

If your document submission got rejected, just click on the "Updates Needed" section to check on the rejected reason.
