Thanks for choosing to volunteer on with the Great Sierra River Cleanup on September 17. None of your information will be given away, only used to contact you if something important happens.

Minors under 13 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Those under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver. All attendees must sign a
