Parkinson's disease tremor is diminished with relaxation guided imagery

Guided imagery can help reduce feelings of stress and overall improve feelings of well-being. In addition to improvements of tremor in Parkinson's disease it also can be effective for reducing anxiety in conditions such as PTSD. One study demonstrated that it helps to develop personal self-management skills for handling pain and other symptoms associated with fibromyalgia.
