Microsoft announces the next Halo game in the franchise

Microsoft opens their conference with an exciting reveal trailer of the upcoming game in Halo franchise, titled Halo Infinite. Following numerous rumors that the next Halo game would be called Halo Infinity, Microsoft answered those questions with a cinematic reveal of Master Chief's return.

The previous game, Halo 5: Guardians, came out almost three years ago, and thus a lot has been done to prepare the new addition to the series. The key fact is that utilization of a brand new Slipspace Engine developed internally by 343 Industries.

Besides that, few details were revealed on this upcoming scifi shooter, we can only hope for details in the remaining days of E3 2018.
