Naruto 55 is 11th Volume to Top Oricon's Weekly Charts

Masashi Kishimoto's latest ninja manga volume sold 650,587 copies
The 55th and latest volume of Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto ninja manga became the 11th volume in the series to rank #1 on Oricon's weekly comic ranking charts since the survey firm began posting its book sales charts in 2008. The volume officially went on sale on April 21, and it sold 650,587 copies during the April 18-24 week.
Kishimoto launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1999, and Studio Pierrot has been adapting it into anime since 2002. Viz Media will publish the 51st volume in North America in June.
