Minnesota FFA Alumni and Supporters -  Outstanding Alumni and Supporters Chapter Award
The purpose of the Outstanding Alumni and Supporters Chapter Award is to recognize Alumni and Supporters Chapters that plan innovative programming and promote agriculture, food and natural resource education and the FFA Organization. 

1. The programs or promotional activities can be a cooperative activity with the FFA.

2. Only chartered FFA Alumni and Supporters Chapters are eligible.

Nominations are due January 31st. Results will be announced at the Minnesota FFA Alumni and Supporters Annual conference.

Examples include: promoting agriculture, agricultural education, or FFA in your community, promoting the relevancy of agricultural education and FFA in the school curriculum, engaging school officials in supporting the local program, demonstrating community support of the program, sharing the successes achieved by students, the program and the teacher(s), providing and promoting service/aid within the community to develop “good will” and serving as an example to students.

Agricultural Education/FFA Program Development 

Indicate an activity conducted involves developing agricultural education and FFA programs. Examples include: increasing agricultural education enrollment and/or FFA membership, encouraging greater student participation, developing collaborative and cooperative skills among students, chapter officers and FFA Alumni and Supporters members and leaders, supporting and aiding the local teacher(s) in their responsibilities to foster a collaborative relationship, or financially assisting the local program, chapter, teacher and/or students.

Student Development 

Indicate an activity conducted which includes student development.
