35.25% of polled users thought episode 3, 'Dead of Night', was 'Good' while 20.68% of polled users thought it was merely 'Average'. Very close behind were 19.66% who thought the episode was 'Excellent'! :)

Judging from the preview and the 10 teasers, this episode is looking good. I'm a really big fan of Eve Myles and the character of Gwen so her + more airtime = happy Andy.

As always, we will add a poll at the end of the episode. Enjoy the show! :)

If nasty people/CIA/FBI types are looking for Gwen and Torchwood then how come they aren't leaning on/bugging calls of her husband?

I swear I recognised the mysterious voice on the phone at the end but I can't think of the name.

That was much better than last week! Very good indeed. I just wish it wasn't so American...but I suppose moaning continuously about it won't change anything. On the bright side, it looks like we're back in the UK next week :D

I so want the evil peoples behind it all to be the Silence! :D Anyway, whatever they are, I'm looking forward to finding out and finally seeing some aliens. It also looks like Jack knows something about it again; wasn't he asked what he told them years ago or something?

Still not grabbed me. It just isn't Torchwood for me. I just want to know what's the bad guys plan is and I can move on. I really hope if this is Torchwood's future there is no more.

It was what he GAVE them years ago which made me think of the 456, but when he described they were everywhere I am not so sure. But yeah, agree that was much better than last week!

Sounded a bit like Morgan Freeman, don't think it's him tho.

Really loved this episode, it was really well constructed and the pacing was much better. Definitely the best episode of the series so far, and also the first episode this series I rated excellent.

BillPullman continues to be the stand out turn. Creepy and compelling at the same time.

Brilliant! This episode has just proved that all you moaners were wrong and that Miracle Day isn't boring, have to say there were some amazing scenes and some good comedy moments. Only thing that worried me is the recording in the trailer looked like what happened in Children of Earth. Next week looks focused on the best character so far GWEN! Things get better and better!

Don't know what it is with this Series so far but it's suffering from first 40-minute syndrome!

As with the last two weeks, all the action happened in the last 20 minutes. The first 40 minutes were average and not a lot happening. Jack and Gwen were barely there and Oswald Danes seemed to be hogging the show.

But then the last 20 minutes were absolutely brilliant, the best of the Series so far. I was itching to find out who's behind it all and as usual the ending left me wanting more. Jack and Gwen suddenly became central to the action and I enjoyed it immensely. Still gonna vote Good on the poll, the last 20 minutes needs to be duplicated throughout more of every episode, not just the last 20 minutes. Not expecting the whole episode to be like that but it would be nice to see stuff happening more in the first half!

    Three things I did enjoy:

Jack's use of John Smith, the copycat!
    Gwen using an American accent
And Gwen in that outfit, complete with high heels! I was in heaven!

    :D

Ah yes, thanks. GAVE was the word. Forgot that.
    Still interesting though!
