3D support can be tricky in linux guest VMs. Especially Debian wheezy (7.x), which requires the right combination of guest additions, R packages from the Debian backports, and R packages from CRAN mirrors. This screencast shows one way to get it right using a clean install of 32-bit NeuroDebian VM 7.2.0 in VirtualBox. Follows my notes:
