Mental Health in Tech Survey
This survey intends to collect information about mental health in the IT/tech community. All responses are anonymous, and no identifying information will be collected or stored. If you have questions or comments about this survey, please email survey@osmihelp.org.

HOW WILL THIS DATA BE USED?
My interest is in gauging how mental health is viewed within the tech/IT workplace. I will try to make some pretty graphs and draw some conclusions about what tech companies can do to make their workplaces safe to discuss mental health. I’ll probably use much of it in my talks (http://funkatron.com/osmi), and will release all data under CC license.
