Request for new non-UMN REDCap user

This form can be used by a person with a valid University of Minnesota Internet ID account to request that a person who does not have a valid University of Minnesota Internet ID be granted access to the University of Minnesota's installation of REDCap. This might include people from other institutions who are working on your project or local people who are temporarily working on your study but do not and will not have a University of Minnesota Internet ID.
