Tag Heuer introduces the first Swiss Luxury Smartphone the Tag Heuer Link powered by Android

Tag Heuer, the Swiss company famously known for their Avante-Garde watches, introduces their newest baby on the line, the Tag Heuer Link. The Link is a smartphone that is not to be missed, it's apparently, a luxury smartphone powered by the Android platform and just by the looks of it, is sweet.

The smartphone will be sold for a jaw dropping $6700 and will run on Android 2.2 Froyo and will also sport a Tag Heuer Android overlay UI (based on the promotional video).

The phone will sport a 3.7" WVGA touchscreen display and everything inside it will be enclosed by materials that ill surely make Vertu's (Nokia's luxury smartphone brand) eyes pop. A 5MP rear facing camera is fitted on the phone for your photos and the phone will be made water-tight and shock resistant, well what do you expect from a company who makes sport watches?

So for that jaw dropping price, this smartphone is definitely not your average gadget to buy but that price is all for that beautiful craftsmanship that Tag Heuer has put into the Link. Materials like gold, stainless steel, titanium and leather this phone will really make a lot of head turn your way.

If you want or if you are interested of the Tag Heuer Link, then head over to the phone's sign up page and be updated.

Watch this amazing video where Tag Heuer intros the Link.
