Sales and Purchase Policy

All services expire 12 months from the date of purchase (excluding Gift Cards and Frequent Floater Club Memberships), unless specified otherwise.

Packages CAN be shared/split among multiple clients, unless specified otherwise.

Purchases may not be combined with and are not valid with any other offer, promotion, sale or discount, and have no resale value.

A 3.5% card processing fee is applied to all non-cash transactions. This fee is waived when paying with cash. Members may avoid having a card processing fee of 3.5% added to the cost of their monthly Memberships by pre-paying with cash before their upcoming billing date.

All East Coast Float Spa purchases are final and will not be refunded, including Frequent Floater Club Membership charges. It is the sole discretion of clients to cancel memberships after the two-month minimum if they wish to not continue to be charged.

Privacy Policy

By signing up for the East Coast Float Spa newsletter you understand and acknowledge you will occasionally be receiving emails from East Coast Float Spa. These emails could include East Coast Float Spa business updates, coupons, discounts, press releases and other information.

Always consult with your doctor to discuss the appropriate services for your needs, especially if you are pregnant or have an ailment. It is always important to follow your physician's guidance. Clients with pre-existing medical conditions or those taking antibiotics, supplements, prescription medicine, or otherwise have sensitivity to Magnesium must consult with their doctor, physician, or medical provider prior to using its Floatation Therapy services. All first-time Clients at East Coast Float Spa will be required to truthfully complete the New Client Waiver before using any of the services offered within the premises.
