mike my man, take it easy, your are my new fav DHD developers and i will be sticking with your roms for now, why? because your work is always organised and properly categorized just like you keep every feature in a separate patch, just look at your OP layout for pete sake, tis a work of art

but comeon aren't you letting this issue out of hand a little? i mean there has always been leaks like this from HTC in fact most of their updates are leaked before hand
didn't you promise to provide the source once your done working on rom?
