Stop Forced Chemotherapy and Invasive Medical Procedures by Hospitals and the State

Sarah Hershberger is the 10 year old Amish girl that escaped from the US in Sept. 2013 to avoid hospital demands and court orders to undergo 2 years of experimental chemotherapy against her and the parents wishes and advice from other health experts. Sarah had receive natural treatments at home and left the U.S. for further treatments and is now 100% free from leukemia, according to the parents. The want to return home without fear of being arrested and Sarah being taken away.

The case of Sarah Hershberger is the first one in Ohio where a hospital demands, through the force of law, that a child is to be forced into medical treatment against the will of the child and parents who are not found to be unfit. In this case, it is our opinion the courts have abused their power having sided with the Akron Childen's Hospital ruling that the 27 months of forced experimental chemotherapy is "in the best interest of the child". Full story.

By signing the petition you are honoring the pleas of the Hershbergers for these people to "LEAVE US ALONE". Raising an uproar in the court of public opinion via this petition is needed prior to the appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court to assure a predicted victory. The petition also raises awareness and donations to Sarah. (Excellent gift incentives for donors!) It is Sarah's Heath Freedom Fund set up by the Foundations for Health Education by David Michael (Mr. Augie)
