SMHS - 1 Million Data Device Sign-Up

This sign-up form is for students and families who do not have reliable internet service at home to complete schoolwork. You are eligible to participate in the 1 Million Data Device program at South Mecklenburg High School sponsored by Sprint if you lack internet access, meaning: a.) no internet access in the home, b.) multiple students in the household with access to a single computer, or c.) dial-up internet at home.

After filling out this form, students will need to check their CMS Email Account (from their Chromebook) for an email from Ms. Wise with details on if, when, and where they can pick up their device. Supplies are limited, activation is on a first come first serve basis.

The Sprint Mobile Hotspot has 10GB per Month of data and there is NO charge to participate in this program.
