BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9981 officially unveiled


Yesterday in Dubai, RIM and Porsche unveiled the BlackBerry Porsche Design P'9981 smartphone. The BB Porsche Design P9981, as you can see in the photo, carries that industrial and modern look. Its boxy up top and curved at the bottom and that keyboard is like taken from a different planet. The smartphone actually looks very futuristic but what would you expect when Porsche comes in and does a bit of designing jobs in the process? Anyway, the smartphone is, apparently, a luxury device and "will be available from Porsche Design stores later this year."

The pricing for the handset was not disclosed but with that Porsche brand on it expect that this smartphone will cost you, its a luxury device anyway. TechCrunch says that it will cost at around $2,000.
