This basset hound is currently at the City of Sacramento shelter on Front Street.  He may not be up for adoption yet.  Hopefully, his owner will come to claim him.  He's a beautiful dog.  I imagine he's one of the many that escaped during the fireworks last night and ended up in the shelters.
