I received an email about the agency mentioned above on July 8th,
2011. I filled the application that he sent me and got approved.
He sent me the the agreement signed by him and his lawyer. He told me I have to sign the contract and make a payment for the administrative fees. After I make a payment, I will get the loan that I asked for, which was 10,000 dollars. I made a payment of 331 dollars Canadian on July 27th, 2011. After that he told me there is another payment for the insurance deposit. I told him I will pay 190. After I paid that, he told me there is another payment for the Anti-terrorist certificate. Then I realized this is fake.
